About us

The couple's counselor for organizations and their AI.

Your people and this technology are in a long-term relationship now, whether anyone planned it or not. Somebody has to help both sides listen. That's us.

The belief under everything

Everybody learns.

Two words, decades of conviction behind them. The intern learns. The CEO learns. The board member who signs the checks and the front-desk coordinator who greets the visitors: everybody. The moment an organization decides that learning belongs to some people and not others, it starts leaving capability on the table, and usually the people it counts out are the ones closest to the actual work.

AI has made this belief urgent. The technology is new to everyone, which means every workplace is full of beginners wearing expert titles. That's an awkward thing to admit and a wonderful thing to design for. When the whole building gets to be a learner, nobody has to fake it, and the change actually moves.

The story

Betting on people since 2019.

Learn to Scale started as a learning-and-development consultancy doing what great L&D shops do: building training people actually remember, coaching leaders through the conversations they'd been dodging, and treating the workshop room like a stage that deserves a good show.

Then AI arrived in everyone's workplace at once, invited or not. We watched smart, capable people freeze up around a technology their leadership had already bought, and we noticed almost nobody was explaining any of it in the language of an actual Tuesday at work. Somebody needed to be the translator. Everything we know about how adults really change, pointed at the most disorienting workplace shift in a generation.

We're still an L&D shop at heart. The subject matter just got more interesting.

The receipts

How that belief behaves

Three things we'll say in any room.

People are the point.

AI earns its keep when it hands your people better work to do. We turn down projects that point the other direction.

Plain English is a feature.

If a consultant can't explain it at your kitchen table, they don't understand it yet. Jargon is where trust goes to hide.

Realistic timelines win.

Six-week transformation promises belong on brochures. Real change comes with a calendar and somebody's name next to it.

Sound like your kind of people?

No pitch deck, no drip campaign. Tell us what's going on where you work and we'll write back. Or start with the TL;DR and let us earn the conversation.
